At EGT Networks, Inc., we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier technical solutions and products. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, which is why we have a fair and transparent return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Return/Refund

Returns and refunds are only applicable within 30 days of purchase.

Products or services must be in their original condition (for products) and unused (for services).

Customized or personalized services are generally non-refundable, except in cases of service failure on our part.
2. Process for Return/Refund

Our team will review your request and may require additional information or verification.
3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Services

Some of our services, including but not limited to consultancy, customized IT solutions, and emergency technical support, are non-refundable once rendered.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional cases, if a service or product does not meet the agreed standards or expectations, we will endeavor to find a satisfactory solution, which may include partial refunds or service credits.

Refurbish One Year Warranty
EGT Networks, Inc. will provide standard One Year of Warranty support beginning on the purchase date for Laptops and Desktops, with a few exceptions which will be specified on the product page. Laptop batteries, Apple products, tablets & all monitors have a limited 90 Day Warranty.
The EGT Networks, Inc. Warranty will cover all costs related to parts and labor that are associated with in-house repair of defective hardware. Accidental damage is not covered. This Warranty only applies to customers within the continental United States (No warranty available for Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico). Any damages caused by the end-user will void the Warranty. We highly recommend that you retain the box and packing materials the unit comes in should you need to ship the unit back for any Warranty needs. Computers shipped to EGT Networks, Inc. with inadequate packaging are deemed potentially damaged and may restrict any and all future Warranty support for that computer. EGT Networks, Inc. will not provide reimbursements for unauthorized third-party repairs.
Any parts or upgrades installed by the customer which were not included with the computer at the time of purchase, must be removed prior to returning to EGT Networks, Inc. . If any such unauthorized third-party parts are returned with a computer for Warranty service, EGT Networks, Inc. will not be responsible for replacing or repairing these parts if they are lost, damaged, or defective.
EGT Networks, Inc. is not responsible for any user data on any computer being returned for Warranty service. In the event that user data is lost, EGT Networks, Inc. will not be liable in any way. It is the responsibility of the user to make regular backups of important data. The EGT Networks, Inc. Warranty will apply only to machines purchased for your use and cannot be transferred.
Please keep in mind EGT Networks, Inc. will not accept returns to our warehouse without approval. You will need to be issued an RMA # and a shipping label (which will be sent to you electronically) prior to sending the product back for refund or products that are under Warranty for repairs.
In order to get an RMA # and return the shipping label, please contact (1-646-389-4774) and talk to a member of our Customer Care Team (9:30 AM–5:00 PM EST Monday-Friday excl. Holidays). You may also use the Contact Us regarding Returns & Warranties by email egtworks@gmail.com.
Any damages must be reported within 14 Days of receiving the unit or it may not be returned or refunded.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) Proof of purchase: please send us a full copy of this document mentioning order number, date of purchase, your shipping address, and make/model of the computer. With this we can determine when the warranty ends for this order.
2) Serial numbers of the affected units, this number will be listed on a 2” x 2” white sticker affixed to the body of the computer as well as the box that it came in.
3) Reason for RMA request: We would like to know what problem you have experienced so that we can proceed with a solution accordingly. (ex: part replacement, full replacement, refund or repair)
